Dec. 8 — Last day for states to resolve election disputes
States must certify election outcomes at least six days before the Electoral College meets — known as the “safe harbor” deadline — if they want to avoid Congress getting involved in resolving potential disputes. That means any court challenges to state election results must be settled by Dec. 8, 2020.
If states certify election outcomes by this deadline, Congress must accept the results as valid.
Dec. 14 — Electors cast their ballots
Electors meet in their respective states to cast their ballots for president and vice president on the second Monday after the second Wednesday in December.In every state except Nebraska and Maine, electors vote on a “winner takes all” basis, meaning whichever candidate wins the state’s presidential race receives all of the state’s electoral votes.Electors send certificates of their vote to various officials, including Vice President Mike Pence, serving as president of the Senate.
Dec. 23 — President of the Senate receives electoral vote certificates
Pence must receive the formal electoral vote certificates no later than nine days after electors meet.
Jan. 6 — Congress counts electoral votes
The House and Senate convene for a joint session on Jan. 6 to count electoral votes. Pence presides over the process as president of the Senate and announces the results. The candidate that receives at least 270 out of 538 electoral votes becomes the next president.Any objections to the electoral votes must be submitted in writing and signed by at least one House and one Senate member. If an objection arises, the two chambers consider the objection separately.
Jan. 20 — Inauguration Day
The president-elect and vice president-elect are sworn into office and officially become the president and vice president of the United States on Inauguration Day.

If Dominion algos were switching votes from Trump to Biden in heavily red districts, the recount should show massive disparities. (Watch for even numbered discrepancies in computer counts). These areas are more likely to have honest brokers who will not try to cheat on the recount.
From Shiva’s vid., in the heavily blue districts, the algorithm was not used, so the areas that are likely to cheat (which had huge support for Trump. by the way), won’t have any overall effect. As a bonus, if massive irregularities are discovered in Dominion software, EVERY county nation-wide that used it will be audited.

How Collapsing Checks and Balances Destroyed the Election in Pennsylvania
The presidential election of 2020 will go down as a pivotal test of whether or not our great Constitutional Republic experiment in liberty will survive.
There are a few states that will serve as the front line in this critical battle for survival. Be it Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Nevada, or Arizona, the impact on our grand experiment will be profound.
As a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives recently re-elected to a third term in a landslide, I have seen firsthand the overwhelming tilting of the scales of justice in the 2020 elections in my own state. I am in the midst of this battle for survival.
The undue influence by the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch of government has been profound in Pennsylvania, virtually guaranteeing the debacle that has occurred in the 2020 election in the Keystone State.
With the election results in for most states, the overturning of the tentative election results in Pennsylvania and two other states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin, which have seen similar allegations of inconsistencies, fraud, and irregularities, would alter the electoral results and thereby re-elect Donald J. Trump to a second term.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has been so biased in its actions relative to this election that it appears as if some of the justices on the Court colluded with the DNC and the governor to influence the election.
In September 2020, the PA Supreme Court changed Act 77 of 2019 by allowing votes to arrive three days after Election Day and to permit drop boxes, both of which had been specifically precluded by Act 77.
Even NPR wrote in its article that “the Pennsylvania Supreme Court handed down several voting-related decisions Thursday that are likely to help Democrats this fall. The court extended the deadline for accepting mail ballots, will allow voters to submit their ballots through drop boxes, and removed the Green Party’s candidate for president from the ballot.”
These decisions were exacerbated when the Court ruled just prior to the election that signatures on mail-in ballots could not be verified as a basis for disqualifying a vote.
The conduct of one justice was so outrageous that I filed articles of impeachment, H.R. 1044, against him for his alleged conduct.

Philippines again suspends plans to order US troops out of the country
The Philippines has once again suspended its decision to end its longstanding military pact with the United States and get all American troops out of the country. Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin released a statement on Twitter saying Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte had instructed him to convey “his decision to extend the suspension of the abrogation of the Visiting Forces Agreement by yet another 6 months.” The Foreign Ministry’s statement laid out how delaying the cancellation would allow the Philippines and US to “find a more enhanced, mutually beneficial, mutually agreeable and more effective and lasting arrangement.” The Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) between the two nations came into effect in 1999, allowing the US to station troops at five military bases and participate in joint training and military exercises with Philippine forces. Duterte has been vocal about his opposition to US forces in the region and has called for America to withdraw all troops from the Philippines, accusing them of interfering in the country’s foreign policy. Instead of fostering the long-term alliance with America, shortly after taking office, Duterte announced his “separation” from the US and stated he was realigning the country with China. Declaring that “America has lost,” he laid out plans for Beijing and Manila to work together on increasing military and economic cooperation. Earlier this year, Duterte notified Washington DC that Manilla would be cancelling the deal, following a dispute over the United States denying a senator a visa. America refused entry to Duterte’s ally and former national police chief Senator Ronald dela Rosa in January 2020, after he was blacklisted over allegations he was involved in extrajudicial killings as part of the country’s drug war.
Duterte previously delayed the decision to end the pact in June without explaining his reasoning, only saying that it came “in light of political and other developments in the region.”

DoD to Civilian Staff: Wait a Few More Weeks to Break Out the MAGA Hats, Biden Pins
The Pentagon is reminding civilian employees that they must wait until states officially certify election results before they can legally sport “Make America Great Again” or “Biden-Harris” gear.
Even as the 2020 election cycle comes to a close, displaying a “sign reading ‘Trump-Pence’ or ‘Biden-Harris’ [is not] permitted until the results of the current election have been certified,” according to a release from the Defense Department on Tuesday.
While U.S. troops are bound by fairly strict rules prohibiting them from partisan endorsements they are allowed to vote and participate in political gatherings as a citizen, but barred from political shows of support bigger than a bumper sticker the rules are a bit more relaxed for civilians who work for the DoD.
“After Election Day, with a few exceptions such as runoff elections, the Hatch Act does not prohibit civilian employees from wearing or displaying a former candidate’s campaign items while they are on duty, as long as the individual is no longer actively seeking partisan political office,” the release states.
But officials are making clear that that applies only to past elections, such as “‘Gore-Lieberman’ or ‘Bush-Cheney’ because their presidential candidacies have ended.”
By law, the Electoral College casts its votes on the “Monday after the second Wednesday in December” to bring the election process to a close. This year, that falls on Dec. 14.
Military members and DoD civilian employees are already limited in what kinds of political activities they can participate in. The Hatch Act prevents federal employees from participating in such activities on the job, while troops are governed by DoD Directive 1344.10. Under that directive, members cannot “solicit or engage in partisan fundraiser activities, serve as the sponsor of a partisan club, or speak before a partisan gathering,” the release adds.
Active-duty troops, Guardsmen and reservists also cannot wear their military uniforms to a political function or campaign.
On Wednesday, Axios reported that President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign could try to swing the Electoral College vote which typically aligns with the popular vote in each state by blocking state secretaries from certifying votes for Democtratic challenger Joe Biden, especially in states where vote counts have come into question. Each state has its own deadline to complete certification of election results.

Symantec Shows How Easy It Is To Hack An Election

Here’s a scary idea: someone casting his or her vote for president, but in your name. Or how about: someone gains entry to an electronic voting booth and prints out false results, and hands them into officials. Unfortunately, according to Symantec, these idea could easily become reality. Symantec simulated a variety of methods that malicious hackers could use to access modern electronic voting booths and disrupt political elections. The first two types of attacks Symantec identified focused on the hardware used in voting booths. Hackers, for example, could modify the code on registration ID chip cards issued at voting locations. Hackers could either ’vote more than once, or perhaps, hardcode, for the rest of the day, your name on that card, that gets used,’ according to Senior Vice President Samir Kapuria. “Some of these devices use a cartridge, which is no more than a glorified USB stick,’ he continued. ’They use that cartridge at the end of the day for volunteer poll workers to take all of that information out of one of these voting systems and into a tallying database.’ Someone with malicious intent could tamper with the cartridge to impact the tally for that booth. “Without a paper receipt of everyone that voted that day, that could really disrupt or nullify one of the systems and all of the votes that were associated with it,’ Kapuria said. Someone could also put malware on one of the cartridges and essentially infect the whole voting system network at a location.
The third threat Symantec found is actually misinformation. That would be the case of a hacker distributing false or misleading data regarding voting totals to major media outlets, which could change whether or not people decide to actually go to the polls on election day. The good news is that there are solutions for these threats. “It starts with defining a standard,’ Kapuria said. ’There’s such a variance or quilt of these systems being dispersed among states and counties that we need to really create a standard.’
’A lot of the security technology that’s out there can be applied to this,’ he said. ’Everything from endpoint technology, because these are nothing more than computers, to network technology.’

Continuing its hard turn to the Left, Fox News cut away from a briefing by the Trump Campaign from the White House updating the American people on the state of the election. In mid-sentence, the news channel yanked coverage saying there is no “evidence” of voter fraud.
While White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany briefed the White House Press Corps on the state of lawsuits in several battle ground states, Fox News Channel host Neil Cavuto pulled the coverage saying he couldn’t “in good countenance” continue to cover the briefing.
“Whoa, whoa, I think we need to be very clear, she’s charging the other side of welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting,” Cavuto said as the network cut from the briefing.
“Unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue showing you this. I want to make sure – maybe they do have something to back that up – but that’s an explosive charge to make, that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating. If she does bring proof of that, of course, we’ll take you back. So far, she had started saying right at the outset, ‘welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting.’ Not so fast,” Cavuto said cutting to a commercial break.

Data deep dive on Dominion Voting Systems offers incontrovertible proof of election hack
The devil may be in the details, but the angels are in the data. That’s what we’re learning very quickly as we examine the work of a dedicated Trump-supporter who appears to have uncovered all of the proof necessary to dispel this myth that Joe Biden won the presidential election.
A post on TheDonald.win by user TrumanBlack has sparked a little attention, though not nearly enough. It needs a lot more because within the data sorted and examined is the smoking gun the Trump campaign can use to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the election was hacked. Massive amounts of votes were changed from President Trump to Biden. Other votes were removed altogether without reason. This “cyber coup” is much bigger than most of us realized. While we’ve been focused, and rightly so, on analog voter fraud, there is technological fraud on a gargantuan scale that happened. More importantly, it has been proven.
We are going through the data now, but everything we’ve combed through so far seems to check out. For example, in Georgia there appears to have been 17,407 votes switched. Biden is currently leading in Georgia by 14,148 votes. Pennsylvania is even worse with over one million votes either switched or “lost.”
Combine this data with what we’re learning about other forms of voter fraud and it’s easy to see how a man who couldn’t fill a small auditorium with supporters was supposedly able to generate more votes than any American candidate in history. The truth is this: He didn’t. Millions of votes were manufactured on his behalf. He (or someone on his behalf) used “The Hammer” and “Scorecard” to steal this election.
